Growing net washer
The GROWING NET WASHER mechanises washing of the nylon nets used on the growing shelves in the mushroom farm. Two models are available:
Low pressure
- 2 rotating brushes
- 3 nozzle bars (low pressure) for washing both sides of the net
- Waste water collection tank
- Water feeding: 6 bar and 120 lt/min
High pressure
- 2 rotating brushes
- 2 set of nozzles (high pressure) for washing both sides of the net
- Waste water collection tank
- Water feeding: 200 bar and 42 lt/min with one pump, 84 l/min with two pumps
- Interlock device to prevent contact with high pressure nozzles
Characteristics
The structure of the equipment is made exclusively from stainless steel to ensure maximum durability over time.
Hygiene is a very important aspect of mushroom cultivation and an outbreak of disease can lead to losses that jeopardise both yield and quality. Once the spent growing beds have been emptied from the shelf, the nylon nets must be cleaned and washed perfectly before they can be reused. The growing net washer mechanises these operations to obtain quick and uniform cleaning.
The dirty net is placed in the GROWING NET WASHER and washed by rotating brushes and water jets. The GROWING NET WASHER must be supplied by a pump; it is fitted with an on-board electrical panel and operated by a foot switch.
