Oyster compost block line
The OYSTER COMPOST BLOCK LINE mechanises and automates packing of the compost in perforated blocks to cultivate oyster mushrooms.
- Maximum capacity 360 blocks/hour
- Block dimensions in the pressing chamber: 50x35 cm, height 23 cm (20 kg approx.)
- Electronic weighing of the loaded compost
- Automatic cycle controlled by PLC
Characteristics
The size of the blocks and arrangement of the holes can be customised.
An access platform can be incorporated for adding the spawn.
The machine is made almost exclusively from stainless and hot-dip galvanised steel for maximum durability over time.
The compost press unit is made exclusively from stainless steel.
The OYSTER COMPOST BLOCK LINE is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
