Spawn and supplement distributor
The DISTRIBUTOR mechanises and automates distribution of the spawn on the pasteurised compost (spawning), or of the supplement. Different models are available depending on type of use:
1. Mobile with belt
- To spawn the compost discharged by the TUNNEL EMPTYING WINCH
- Capacity 200 litres
- An alarm can be activated to indicate no material
- Belt speed adjustment by inverter
2. Fixed with belt
- For spawning the compost before block formation in the CHAMPIGNON COMPOST BLOCK LINE and OYSTER COMPOST BLOCK LINE
- Capacity 200 litres
- An alarm can be activated to indicate no spawn
- Belt speed adjustment by inverter or variable-speed motor
3. Fixed with dosing roller
- For spawning the compost (or distribute the supplement) before block formation in the CHAMPIGNON COMPOST BLOCK LINE and OYSTER COMPOST BLOCK LINE
- Capacity 100 litres
- Dosing roller speed adjustment by variable-speed motor
Characteristics
The support frame and containment hopper are made from stainless steel to ensure maximum durability over time.
The APPLICATOR distributes the supplement or spawn on the compost: the material is collected in the hopper, then distributed through the dosing roller or herringbone grooved belt.
The DISTRIBUTOR always works in combination with the TUNNEL EMPTYING WINCH, CHAMPIGNON COMPOST BLOCK LINE and OYSTER COMPOST BLOCK LINE to form a line of machines.
The lines incorporating the distributor are CE certified as they are manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
