This year we’re reaching an important milestone and for the occasion, our machines are changing colour to grey, like hair that expresses the wisdom and experience gained over the years.
ALPIE was founded back in 1971 in the perfect place for Italian mushroom growing, just a few kilometres from some of the most important mushroom farms and composting facilities in the world.
The founder, Albino Favero, immediately recognised the demand for mechanising and automating compost production and mushroom growing processes.
And this was just the beginning of a process of growth that still continues today and will hopefully also do so for the next 50 years.
