Head Filling Machine Phase 3 PRO
The HEAD FILLING MACHINE PHASE 3 - PRO is designed for large mushroom farms and represents the top of ALPIE design. Highly automated, it includes a series of technical features developed with the help of customer feedback and designed to reduce time and costs.

Characteristics
The HEAD FILLING MACHINE PHASE 3 - PRO can be customised with solutions designed to reduce filling times, improve monitoring and maximise manoeuvrability.
Customisations can be defined in detail during configuration, created in collaboration with the customer, or added later as an upgrade.
All parts in contact with organic materials are made from stainless steel.
The structure and supporting frame are made from stainless and hot-dip galvanised steel for maximum durability over time.
The HEAD FILLING MACHINE PHASE 3 - PRO receives the compost and casing soil via CONVEYOR BELTS and prepares the growing bed until a uniform layer suitable for growing the mushrooms is obtained. This is then placed on the net on the desired shelf.
The bulk compost and casing soil can be unloaded from the truck directly onto the conveyor belts or onto the HOPPERS that regulate the amount of material reaching the conveyor belts. In order to obtain a good growing bed, it is important that the head filling machine is fed as evenly and regularly as possible.
The PULLING WINCH positioned on the opposite side of the shelf pulls the net on which the head filling machine is placing the growing bed until it covers the entire length of the shelf.
To use this machine, a filling yard at least 10 m wide is recommended.
The HEAD FILLING MACHINE PHASE 3 - PRO is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards.
