Ruffling machine
The RUFFLING MACHINE mechanises processing of the growing bed on the SHELF.

Characteristics
The structures of the elevator and ruffling unit are made exclusively from stainless steel to ensure maximum durability over time.
The RUFFLING MACHINE is used directly on the shelf to mix and uniform the surface layer of the growing bed.
The RUFFLING MACHINE is positioned in front of the head of the shelving. The elevator is used to bring the ruffling unit to the level of the shelf to be processed.
The ruffling unit advances along the shelf by sliding along the side rails and processes the upper part of the growing bed. The ruffling roller ruffles the casing soil along the entire shelf in one direction, then the pressing roller uniforms the surface on the return travel.
The RUFFLING MACHINE is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
