Trolley with extension for block filling
The TROLLEY WITH EXTENSION FOR BLOCK FILLING facilitates and mechanises loading compost in blocks onto the growing shelves.
Characteristics
The frame of the trolley and extension are made from hot-dip galvanised steel, the surface the blocks rest on is made from stainless steel.
After aligning the self-raising extension to the shelf to be filled, the blocks of compost are loaded onto the base of the trolley on top of the net. As the net advances pulled by the PULLING WINCH, the blocks are positioned on the growing shelf.
The blocks are subsequently covered with the casing soil by means of the CASING SOIL FILLING MACHINE.
The TROLLEY WITH EXTENSION FOR BLOCK FILLING is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
