Casing soil filling machine
The CASING SOIL FILLING MACHINE mechanises loading of the casing soil over the blocks of compost on the growing shelves.

Characteristics
The support frame is made from hot galvanised steel, the conveyor and hopper frame are made from stainless steel to ensure maximum durability over time.
The CASING SOIL FILLING MACHINE distributes the casing soil on top of the compost on the growing shelves.
The soil is loaded into the hopper of the CASING SOIL FILLING MACHINE by means of a bucket loader or other equipment, then conveyed by the conveyor belt, levelled by the chain leveller and deposited on the trolley conveyor belt.
In combination with the PULLING WINCH, the net pulling trolley pulls the net loaded with casing soil first along the self-raising extension, then along the shelf. The progressive advance of the net deposits the casing soil evenly on the growing bed.
The CASING SOIL FILLING MACHINE is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
