Shelf emptying conveyor belt
The SHELF EMPTYING CONVEYOR BELT conveys the spent compost into a trailer or to form a mound on the ground. Two models are available:
- MOBILE: the height of the structure supporting the conveyor can be adjusted by means of a manual hydraulic pump in order to minimise the overall height for storage in closed environments. The slots on the frame enable the machine to be lifted and moved by a forklift truck.
- STATIC: the machine can be moved by a tractor unit thanks to the drawbar on the support structure.
Characteristics
The support frame is made from hot-dip galvanised steel, the frame of the conveyor and sides are made from stainless steel.
To empty the spent growing bed, the net is fixed to the PULLING WINCH. The SHELF EMPTYING CONVEYOR BELT conveys the spent growing bed emptied by means of the PULLING WINCH into a trailer or to form a mound on the ground.
The SHELF EMPTYING CONVEYOR BELT is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
