Tunnel filling cassette
The TUNNEL FILLING CASSETTE is the highest performing bunker/tunnel filling system. Several models are available:
- SMALL: up to 80 tons/hour
- MEDIUM: up to 150 tons/hour
- BIG: up to 230 tons/hour
* Load capacity refers to fermented compost.
Characteristics
The machine can be customised to fill both tunnels designed for automatic emptying and tunnels designed for emptying by bucket loader (more compact solution).
The TUNNEL FILLING CASSETTE can be equipped for cold climates.
The machine is made almost exclusively from stainless or hot-dip galvanised steel for maximum durability over time.
The TUNNEL FILLING CASSETTE distributes the compost in the transformation tunnel by means of conveyor belts. It requires feeding by a HOPPER or LINE OF CONVEYOR BELTS. A support trolley is used to position the machine opposite the tunnel to be filled.
The compost is unloaded onto the last auxiliary conveyor and conveyed by the following belts to the swivel conveyor. This distributes the compost evenly in the tunnel, while the TUNNEL FILLING CASSETTE is progressively moved back.
The TUNNEL FILLING CASSETTE is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
