Tunnel emptying winch
The TUNNEL EMPTYING WINCH is the highest performing and most efficient way to empty the compost from the pasteurisation or incubation tunnels. It can be equipped with auger and front belt to offload onto a raised belt or directly onto a conveyor belt below. There are two models:
- SMALL: emptying capacity up to 100 tons
- BIG: emptying capacity up to 200 tons
Characteristics
The machine can be customised to improve performance during net winding and for PLC control of emptying speed.
The machine is made almost exclusively from stainless and hot-dip galvanised steel for maximum durability over time.
The motors are tropicalised and fitted with anti-condensation heaters to ensure maximum durability over time in a damp environment.
The TUNNEL EMPTYING WINCH is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
