Champignon compost block line
The CHAMPIGNON COMPOST BLOCK LINE mechanises and automates packing of the compost in blocks to cultivate champignon mushrooms.
- Maximum capacity from 850 to 1.000 blocks/hour
- Block size: 57x37 cm, height 18-22 cm
- Reliability and durability over time, thanks to the automatic chain conveyor lubrication system
- Automatic cycle controlled by PLC
Characteristics
The size of the blocks can be customised and the line can be equipped for spawning the compost and adding supplement.
An access platform can be incorporated for adding the spawn or supplement.
The line can also be equipped for high frequency use (up to 1.000 blocks/hour).
The line is made almost exclusively from stainless and hot-dip galvanised steel for maximum durability over time.
The packaging machine is made exclusively from stainless steel.
The CHAMPIGNON COMPOST BLOCK LINE is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
