Straw mixing system
The STRAW MIXING SYSTEM mechanises straw processing and wetting and controls dosing of the chicken manure and gypsum. Several models are available:
- SMALL: up to 6 tons/hour
- MEDIUM: up to 15 tons/hour
- BIG: up to 30 tons/hour
* Capacity refers to dry straw.
Characteristics
A platform can be installed to position the straw bales and remove the twine, or the straw machine can be fed via a HOPPER.
The machine can be customised to improve performance and durability.
The machine is made almost exclusively from stainless and hot-dip galvanised steel for maximum durability over time. The HDPE profiles maximise the working life of the chain.
The BIG model features a high-performance marine grade chain for particularly exacting frequency of use.
The STRAW MIXING SYSTEM is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
