Tunnel filling machine
The TUNNEL FILLING MACHINE is the economical and fast solution to fill bunkers/tunnels more than 20 m long and designed for emptying by bucket loader. Several models are available:
- SMALL: up to 80 tons/hour
- MEDIUM: up to 150 tons/hour
- BIG: up to 230 tons/hour
* Load capacity refers to fermented compost.
Characteristics
The TUNNEL FILLING MACHINE can be equipped for cold climates.
The machine is made almost exclusively from stainless or hot-dip galvanised steel for maximum durability over time.
The TUNNEL FILLING MACHINE distributes the compost in the processing tunnel by means of conveyor belts. It requires feeding by a HOPPER or LINE OF CONVEYOR BELTS.
The compost is unloaded onto the last conveyor and conveyed by the following belts to the swivel conveyor. This distributes the compost evenly in the tunnel, while the TUNNEL FILLING MACHINE is progressively moved back.
The TUNNEL FILLING MACHINE is CE certified, as it is manufactured in compliance with European safety and health protection standards. ALPIE will be happy to evaluate requests for compliance with other standards.
