Since our strength lies in the manufacture of customised mushroom growing equipment, before we even talk about sales we try to ask you a few key questions so we can make you a personalised and forward-looking offer:
Capacity of the mushroom farm or composting facility: the first thing we want to understand is the production rate of your mushroom farm or composting facility, so we can recommend the perfect equipment. Many of the machines in our range, such as head filling machines, tunnel filling machines, tunnel emptying winches and straw mixing systems, are available in several models. This allows us to offer you a tailor-made and highly customised mushroom growing machine. In addition, in the case of large companies, we can also recommend optional accessories to save valuable time, such as automatic lubrication of the head filling machine, or optional fast winding of the net in the tunnel emptying winch.
Future expansion: Given the average life span of a mushroom growing machine, experience has taught us to recommend equipment dimensioned to allow for future growth. For example, on the champignon compost block line, if weekly usage amounts to more than 15/20 h and is set to increase, we recommend a reinforced chain that can bring production up to 1,000 blocks/hour.

Dimensions of the composting facility or mushroom farm: during the first phase, we find out about the dimensions of the mushroom farm or bunker loading/unloading yard and composting facility tunnels, so we can propose the most suitable machine for the space available. We have also designed a head filling machine for mushroom farms with limited space – our SMART – but we can also adapt other models if necessary. During the order phase, we always carry out detailed checks on measurements and space requirements and give you advice if adjustments such as shelf extensions are necessary.
Of course, we try to suggest the simplest and most economical solution for our equipment or the existing plant. We can also coordinate directly with the supplier of the structures/shelves to verify this data, saving you time and effort.
Mushroom farm or composting facility processes: we guide you in choosing the ideal hopper size depending on the method used to feed the head filling machine (truck, mechanical shovel, blocks…) or block making machine (belt, mechanical shovel….).
Desired level of automation: we listen to you to understand whether to propose a highly automated mushroom growing machine or a simpler system, depending on the level of training of your maintenance staff.
Rooms distribution and terrain: we ask if the rooms are widely spaced and/or if there is uneven terrain. In this case, we recommend additional wheels for the head filling machine.
